At MEKA Architecture we take the security of your personal data seriously. This notice explains how your personal data is processed when you visit our website and contact us, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and applicable regulations.

Automatically during your visit: anonymised usage data such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited and visit duration.

Responding to your enquiries and managing project proposal processes.
Communicating with you and informing you about our services.
Ensuring the security of our website, measuring its performance and improving the user experience.

4. Legal Basis
Your data is processed on the basis of the establishment or performance of a contract, our legitimate interests and your explicit consent, as set out in Article 5 of the KVKK. By submitting the contact form you confirm that you have read this notice and agree to the processing of your data for the stated purposes.
5. Data Sharing
Your personal data is shared only with our hosting, e-mail and analytics service providers, to the extent strictly necessary to deliver the service. These providers' servers may be located abroad; transfers are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK. Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention
Contact form data is kept for a maximum of 2 years after your request has been concluded, or for the period required by law where a legal obligation exists, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Cookies
Our website uses strictly necessary cookies/local storage (e.g. to remember your theme preference) and privacy-focused analytics tools for anonymous visit statistics. Analytics data is not personally identifiable and is not used for advertising. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings.
8. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to request correction, deletion or destruction, to request notification of these actions to third parties, to object to a result arising against you through automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damages.
Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
