Concept design usually takes 4–8 weeks, permit and construction drawings 2–4 months. Construction time depends on the size of the building; for a detached villa we typically plan 10–14 months. We share a project-specific timeline at the first meeting.
Our studio is based in Istanbul, but we design projects across Turkey and abroad. We are experienced in villas and private houses, apartment buildings, offices, hotels and commercial buildings, as well as interior design and renovation projects.
Fees depend on the project’s floor area, scope (concept only, full construction documents or turnkey) and the service stages involved. After the discovery meeting we provide a written proposal with clearly itemised costs — no hidden fees.
Yes. For the projects we design we also offer construction contracting and site management, so design decisions are carried through to the built result with a single point of contact. Design-and-supervision-only services are also available.
Your plot’s title deed / zoning information or the plans of the existing building, a rough budget and a few reference images you like are enough. The first meeting is free; we listen to your needs and clarify together how the process will run.
